Bylaws Voting Results

The vote on the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Menifee Valley Humane Society took place
on Wednesday May 25, 2011.

The results of the vote are:

• Number of YES votes to approve the Amended and Restated Bylaws – 26
• Number of NO votes to reject the Amended and Restated Bylaws - 9

The number of YES votes exceeds the 2/3 majority vote needed to approve the Amended and Restated Bylaws.

The Amended and Restated Bylaws have been approved by the membership of the Menifee Valley Humane Society.

Current MVHS members who have paid annual membership dues are eligible to vote on the Amended Bylaws

Voting will take place at the Kay Ceniceros Community Center on Wednesday May 25^th from 6:30pm-7:30pm. The center is located at 29995 Evans Rd. Menifee, CA 92586.  Members must be present to vote. No proxies are allowed.

Memberships are based on the calendar year from January 1^st – December 31^st.  Membership applications and a copy of the Amended Bylaws are available on the MVHS Website at:

Membership applications and a copy of the Amended Bylaws are also available at the Kay Ceniceros Center and the Sun City Public Library.

Membership applications may be requested by phone by leaving a message at 951-246-7960.  Membership applications must be received by a MVHS director or received at the MVHS posts office box no later than 5pm on Monday May 16th, 2011 to be eligible to vote on May 25^th 2011.
